Ferry Rider Inclement Weather Notice

Ferry Building, South Terminal, Gate E: Beginning today a Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be at the Ferry Building Southern Terminal Gate E from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. The CSR will keep the passenger gate open allowing ferry riders to take shelter under the awning. The CSR will be on station whenever it is raining until the Port of San Francisco completes installation of the "interior gates". Once installed, the interior gates will give passengers shelter under the awning.

Alameda Main Street: As our Alameda riders know, a 120 foot section of the Main Street passenger ramp awning has come loose. We understand the importance of repairing the awning as soon as possible and are working with the City Maintenance Department and an outside contractor to determine our options. We will let you know as soon as the repair is scheduled.
